It is NOT an Universal TB, It is Specifically Designed For RB20DET RB25DET, with 80mm ID Throttle Opening, 3.5"(89mm) OD Inlet.

Direct Bbolt on Fit Factory RB20/ RB25DET TPS Sensor.
Unique Cable Adapter Design, Offer Many Ways of Connecting Throttle Cable.
Q45 TB Bolt Pattern, 4 Bolt 78x78mm (Center-Hole to Center-Hole).

Note: Factory RB20/25DET Intake Manifold has Smaller Bolt pattern, won't Fit This Bigger Throttle Body. This one is Designed Intended to Fit RB20/25DET with Intake Manifold That Fits Q45 Throttle Body.
